Void Trio – Refund & Return Policy

At Void Trio, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy is here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@voidtrio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, please request an exchange via voidtrioshop@gmail.com.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary).
